Interactive AppSec Interview

Questions are read to you. You answer out loud. The next question moves with how you did — scored against written rubrics, not vibes.

I’ve interviewed a lot of people, and I have a lot of thoughts on the current state of the industry (here) and on the interview process itself (here).

This site was a random idea I had. It uses models to walk you through an interview, reacting to what you actually say rather than reading from a script. Not for cheating — for working out how you want to present what you know. Afterwards your answers are graded against the same written rubrics and you get feedback.

Nothing you say is stored. Your answers and any recording stay in this browser tab. The transcript is sent for grading only when you press the button, and it is not kept afterwards. There is no account, no database of interviews, and closing the tab discards everything.

A guess. The interview climbs or drops from your answers.
